It took me 12 years to become the man I am now, and I know I could have halved that time simply by being around other exceptional men doing the same work. Healing and growing together, stepping closer to the man you know you are deep in your heart.

This invitation is only open to men who have already completed 1:1 Mentoring, Path of Wholeness or the Men's Leadership Programme. Why? Because we want a standard of men that meets us, that inspires us. Every man in this community will have faced himself deeply before he enters this space.
This is for the men who have already completed some form of initiation and are ready to start living it.

Bring your questions and get live coaching from Niall. Hear and learn from the other men in the community.
Connect with your brothers, share what's alive, learn from each other and hold yourself accountable. This is the heartbeat of the village, brothers checking in on brothers.
Weekend retreats, day events and activities like sauna, hikes and shared practice. This is where the community deepens in the flesh, and where some of the most powerful work happens.
A space where you can ask for advice, get support, share resources and stay connected with your brothers between calls. The container doesn't close between sessions.
A library of practices, teachings and techniques to support you in your daily life and relationships. The tools to do the work between calls, on your own, in your own time.
All This For Only €70 Per Month
Or €700 for the year, which is twelve months for the price of ten.
Men's leadership isn't one thing. It is the slow development of skills across multiple areas of your life, so that you can stand proudly in the centre of your own life and make decisions from that place. In the MLC we focus on four core skills.
Developing clarity, purpose and structure for your life. Leading your life, work and finances in a responsible way.
Having the skills to deepen intimacy, have hard conversations, stay grounded when you are triggered, and show up for your kids.
Knowing your shadow behaviours, what drives you and what scares you. Learning to navigate hard emotions and trauma from your youth. Knowing your inner boy without living from him.
Keeping yourself fit, healthy and alive, with clear boundaries around porn and social media. Getting your body in shape and taking care of your physical self.
We move through these core pillars across the year in four quadrants, which means you are quietly building these skills in every area of your life.
Building bonds and doing the work together
The in person is where we bring the work home. Where we see how we have changed, and where our village becomes the place we become our true selves.
Too many of us are sitting online because it is easier there. We have to challenge ourselves to be together, to see how different we are, to be mirrored in how we change.
Optional in person meetups are organised throughout the year. They are an additional cost to your monthly subscription.
After being involved in communities and emergent community fields over the last few years, I believe this is the next level of our evolution. Being online is not ideal, but it lets us do something that simply was not possible five years ago.
The MLC is your village. Stay as long as you need, and cancel whenever you wish.
